Like having a brand-new house only steps from the beach. Freshly remodeled home with all new floors, complete painting of all interiors and exterior, new appliances, and new furniture in every inch of the home. Brand new kitchen with custom cabinets and counter tops. Freshly remodeled bathrooms with new bathtubs, showers, sinks, toilets, faucets, etc.

5 Bedrooms / 3.0 Full Baths with large, open Living Room and Dining Room – comfortably fit multiple families with ample space for visiting as a group or breaking off for privacy.

The house sleeps 12 in beds but can accommodate up to 14. Four bedrooms on the second floor have one bed each. The large room on the first floor has 2 queen beds and a living area with a couch, chairs and tv. The couch can also convert into a bed.

Enjoy a meal inside or outside on our screened in porch. Kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need to make dinner!

The home is connected with wireless SONOS speakers. These can be found in the upstairs living room, kitchen, and downstairs living area. See more in our photo gallery and floorplan.

As of September 1st, 2019 we stopped taking reservations through VRBO due to their high fees. Happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have on this, but we don’t find VRBO a value for us, or our guests at this time. We are accepting checks or payment by Paypal. Paypal will allow you to pay with a credit card, and a Paypal account is not needed (option to pay as a guest). We do keep our VRBO calendar and prices up-to-date.
